When I became a mum for the first time, everything changed — but not in the way I expected. I thought motherhood would come naturally, that I’d instinctively know how to manage it all. Instead, I found myself overwhelmed, unorganised, and disconnected. I was the mum who forgot the wipes at the library and felt like she was always one step behind.

Being the first among my friends to have a baby meant I was navigating this new world completely alone. Postpartum depression added to the weight, making it hard to reach out or join a mothers’ group. I desperately wanted connection, guidance, and a community — but I didn’t know where to find it.

So I did what any frustrated mum might do: I started searching for products that would make my life easier. But instead of feeling empowered, I felt even more scattered. Nothing felt like it was made for me — stylish, functional, and uplifting all at once.

That’s when the idea for the Makk bag was born. I wanted a bag that would remind me of the woman I was before motherhood — confident, organised, in control — but one that also embraced this new chapter in my life. A bag that could hold everything I needed without adding to the chaos.

Creating Minute Label has been my way of reclaiming myself and my story. But it’s not just about bags. It’s about building a community of women who support each other through every chapter of life.
